Automatically send digital download emails for your orders

When customers place orders for digital products on your store, Filemonk can automatically send an email to your customer containing a link to download their files. To set this up, click Settings in the left menu bar and head to Email tab.
1: Enable email delivery
Click the "Enable" toggle to send emails when customers place orders for digital products.
2: Send email based on status
By default, Filemonk will send the email soon as customer places their order. To send it only when the order is fully paid or when it's fulfilled, select a status in this section and click "Save".
3: From address & email template
Set up your 'From' address and customize the email template using the preview on the right side of your screen. Reference liquid variables to use a customer's name or order number in the email.
By default, Filemonk sends emails to your customers from [email protected] Subscribe to the Standard or Pro plan to use your own email.
